We have a customer portal so you can manage your policy online. You have been pre–registered if you have an active insurance policy with us. You can log in here. If you can't remember your password or can't find the temporary one, we sent you, you can reset your password on the log in page.
The Customer Portal is an online account management facility. It allows you to manage your motorcycle insurance policy online 24/7.
You can make the following changes to your policy:
Change of address
Add or remove a driver
Change of vehicle
Change of use
Change your mileage
Your occupation
Anyone who has a policy with us has been pre–registered. You can log in to the portal here.
Yes, you can renew your policy in the Customer Portal. If you need to make changes prior to renewing, then please use Live Chat to do so and our Live Chat agents will be happy to help.
Live chat is available during our office hours in the Customer Portal. Our Live Chat agents are there to help with any questions or issues.
Your documents are available to view, download, and print at any time in the Customer Portal. You will also find your policy booklets.
You can make payments in the Customer Portal. If you have missed a Direct Debit instalment, and you wish to pay it, you will need to contact Premium Credit or login to your Premium Credit online account.
